The apartment has a total size of 70sqm + an 18sqm rooftop terrace. The apartment is split into a large living area with a small hallway and kitchen separated by sliding doors, two bedrooms and a bathroom. For rent is a very bright room with a full window front facing east. The room is not super large, but has enough space to accommodate a queen size bed and dresser. A desk is available in the living room. As I only moved in recently, the apartment is not fully done yet (lamps etc are still missing) but it is fully functional. The room is not furnished, but a 1m PAX waredrobe could be moved to that room, hence only a bed would be missing.
An underground parking space would be available for an additional 85€.
The apartment is located in a quiet, street in München Neuhausen-Nymphenburg, right on the border to Maxvorstadt. There are lots of lovely restaurants, handy supermarkets and other shops for daily needs right around the corner. The public transportation stops Maillingerstr., Marsstraße and Donnersbergerbrücke are reachable within a few minutes by foot.
The flat will be shared with me, a 26 year old female. I‘m quite new in Munich myself and moved here for a job as a consultant. In my free time I read a lot and go to the gym. Cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me.
I would prefer a female flatmate who is also working, but will eventually decide based on sympathy.
