• The room is furnished with a brand-new bed and mattress (140x200 cm), a wardrobe, a desk, and a desk chair (all purchased three months ago). The furniture belongs to the landlord.

The house is in a residential area in the east of Munich, 250 meters from Trudering station (U2, S4, S6). 15 minutes to Marienplatz, 18 minutes to Munich Central Station.
Living in the house is very peaceful. The shared flat is international, and most residents are students. There are general house rules to maintain order and ensure harmonious coexistence. Some housemates interact more with each other, while others prefer to keep to themselves – it's up to you. Smoking inside the house is not allowed. Cleaning tasks are shared among everyone. Common household expenses (cleaning products, kitchen and toilet paper, etc.) are managed using Splitwise.
The contract offered is indefinite. Cancellation requires three months' notice. The minimum stay is six months. The landlord is usually flexible with the cancellation terms if you take responsibility for finding someone to take over the room (as in my case).
