Gemütliches und geräumiges Zimmer in 4er WG zu vermieten. Im Zimmer befindet sich eine vor 2 Monaten gekaufte 90cm Matratze, ein kleiner Schreibtisch und ein 2x3 Kallax (nicht im Bild). Die Mitbewohnerin, die diese Dinge gekauft hat wird in ein größeres Zimmer wechseln und möchte die Sachen gern für 50 Euro ablösen.
Parkplatz vorhanden vor dem Haus.

Cozy and spacious room for rent in a 4-person shared apartment. In the room there is a 90cm mattress purchased 2 months ago, a small desk and a 2x3 Kallax (not in the picture). The roommate who bought these things is moving to a larger room and would like to sell these things for 50 euros.

U1, U3 in 5 min zu erreichen, zum HBF sind es 10 min mit der Ubahn. 2 min von der Wohnung entfernt liegt ein Einkaufszentrum, Aldi, Lidl, Edeka etc in der Nähe.
U1, U3 can be reached in 5 minutes, the main station is 10 minutes by subway. There is a shopping center 2 minutes from the apartment, Aldi, Lidl, Edeka etc. nearby.
Wir sind 3 Mitbewohner:innen, die sich gut verstehen und ein harmonisches Zusammenleben schätzen:) 2 davon sind ein Paar, keine Sorge, die sind umgänglich 😀
Wir sind berufstätig und sind meist abends und am Wochenende in der Wohnung. Dann kochen wir auch gern mal zusammen und genießen den ein oder anderen Aperol.
We are 3 roommates who get along well and value living together harmoniously:) 2 of them are a couple, don't worry, they are easy to get along with 😀
We work and are mostly at home in the evenings and weekends. Then we like to cook together and enjoy an Aperol or two.
