nette, saubere Frau, die eine solide Lebensvorstellung hat, nicht Partys feiert in der Wohnung.
Es soll eine sog. Zweck-WG sein. Hatte schon über mehrere Jahre Mitbewohnerinnnen. Bin also umgänglich
Ich koche jeden Abend und danach mache ich die Küche immer sauber, das erwarte ich natürlich auch von meiner Mitbewohnerin.
Leider ist keine Extratoilette vorhanden, aber das Bad ist schön mit Fenster. Die Küche ist eine Wohnküche
und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Das Zimmer ist 16 qm und hat ein Bett 120 cm und ein Schrank, Schreibtisch ,Frisiertisch mit Spiegel,Kommode und ein kleines Sofa.Die Fenster sind groß, haben Rollos und schöne Vorhänge, Boden Parkett.
Bin nicht neugierig und keine großer Ratscherin, Nichtraucherin.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Verschiedene Busse 3 Min, U-Bahn 5 Min.
5 Minuten zum Prinzregentenplatz zu Fuß, 12 Min zum Ostbahnhof zu Fuß.
