Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt, im verkehrsberuhigten Bereich, ca. 50 m vor der Fußgängerzone. Sie wurde von Grund auf renoviert und befindet sich in einem gepflegten Haus, das im Jugendstil erbaut wurde. Die Stockhöhe beträgt gute 3 Meter.
Im Mietpreis enthalten sind: Heizungskosten, Stromkosten, Wasserverbrauch. Im 13 und 14 qm großen Zimmer ist ein Waschbecken mit Warmwasserboiler installiert. Das 16 qm große Zimmer verfügt über eine Einbauküche.

The flat is in in the center of the city in a traffic calming zone. It is a 4 minutes walk to the market place and a 8 minutes walk to the station. The HfG can be reached in 12 minutes.
The flat was renovated from scratch and is situated in a maintained house. There is central heating and flowing warm- and cold water. The ceiling hight amounts to three meters. In front of the entry door, there is a 12 sqm large glass roofing. Letterbox, bell- and intercommunication system are available.
The rental price includes the costs for heating, electrical power and water consumption. All rooms are furnished. Rooms 4 and 5 dispose of a waterbasin. Room 3 has a fitted kitchen. There is also a small kitchen for the other two tenants. All tenants have to share the community room and the shower room. There are two separate WCs with waterbasin.
The washing machine in the cellar can be used for EUR 4,00 for one stage of washing programm. The tenants a cellar of their own for disposal and bikes.
