Vermiete meine Zweiraumwohnung für die Monate Februar und März. Falls gewünscht auch monatsweise aber bevorzugt für die komplette Zeit. Ich suche jemanden der ruhig und verantwortungsvoll ist. Paare sind willkommen! Aufgrunddessen dass das Wohnzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist ist die Wohnung nicht zur WG geeignet. Jemand der mit Pflanzen umgehen kann wäre perfekt. :)
Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug.

Subletting my two-room apartment for the months of February and March. Monthly if desired, but preferably for the entire period. I’m looking for someone who is quiet and responsible. Couples are welcome! The living room is a through-room, therefore the apartment is not suitable for flatsharing. Someone who is good with plants would be a plus :)
The apartment is on the fourth floor w/u elevator.
