1-bedroom apartment in Fhain, fully furnished, for a short period (1-month, Xmas/NYE)

You'll find yourself in the middle of the famous Warschauer Str., with loads of cafes (the one right in my building is one of the best! just go downstairs ;), shops and restaurants. The Tram M10 (so-called "party tram" as it runs through the neighborhoods of Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg) has a stop right across the street. Two blocks north you'll find the underground U5 Frankfurter Tor. Two blocks south, the U1 and the U3 and the S-Bahn Warschauer Str. So, pretty much all you need.

But you don't need to worry about leaving the neighborhood if you don't want to! Within walking distance you'll find plenty of attractions: the farmers market (Saturday) and the Flea Market (Sunday) on Boxhagener Platz; tons of bars and restaurants, the best clubs in Berlin (Watergate, Berghain/Panorama Bar, Cassiopeia/RAW Temple) within a 10min walking radius; great concerts around the corner at Astra Kulturhaus, regular supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi) and a Denns Bio Markt one block away.

Unfortunately, the dates are not flexible, they are the same as my flight ticket. If needed, we could talk about a shorter period, but I'd rather have someone stay all 4 weeks.

Please keep in mind this flat is **not** meant to be a shared flat. It is suitable for couples or singles.
