2-room apt in Mitte, 5-12 month sublet

Hi guys! Looking to sublet my 2-room (1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room/office space with single sofa bed) apt in Mitte, between Rosenthaler Platz and Hackescher Markt, inititally for 5 months, with the possibility to extend to a year or even take over lease afterwards. Slight flexibility in sublease start/end date. Amazing area with galleries, restaurants and next to the Berlin Dom and the museum island, walking distance to everything, next to U8 Weinmeisterstr and Rosenthaler Platz and S-Bahn Hackescher Markt or Oranienburger Str. Looking for a trustworthy, respectful, non-smoker young professional or couple. Unfortunately Anmeldung and pets are not allowed. Rent is 1000 (1150 for 2 persons) and I will ask for one month rent deposit as a guaranty. Priority will be given to people interested in the entire period.
