Looking to sublet my 2-room (1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room/office space with single sofa bed) apt in Mitte, between Rosenthaler Platz and Hackescher Markt, inititally for 4 months, with the possibility to extend. Amazing area with galleries, restaurants and next to the cathedral and the museum island, walking distance to everything, next to U8 Weinmeisterstr or Rosenthaler Platz and S-Bahn Hackescher Markt or Oranienburger Str. Looking for a trustworthy, respectful, non-smoker young professional or couple. Unfortunately Anmeldung and pets are not allowed. Rent is 1100 (+100 if it's 2 persons) and I will ask for one month rent deposit as a guaranty. Priority will be given to people interested in the entire period.
