Hi,
wir suchen jemanden der im August in unserer ruhigen Wohnung im wohl schönsten Teil Neuköllns, Rixdorf bzw. Richardskiez wohnen möchte. :)
Die Wohnung ist in einem unsanierten Altbau und hat den entsprechenden Charme. Die Bausubstanz ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber mit der Einrichtung ist es gemütlich.
2 Zimmer Küche und Bad.
Das Schlafzimmer mit 1,80m Bett, liegt nach hinten zum schönen Garten raus , ist also sehr ruhig.
An Geräten und Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Staubsauger etc. Einen Fehrsehr gibt es auch.
Wichtig wäre das du dich um unsere Pflanzen künmerst und vegan bist, bzw. nur veganes essen in der Wohnung zubereitest. Keine Partys wäre auch wichtg. sry 😬

We are looking for someone who in August wants to stay in our quiet apartment. in whats probably the most beautiful part of Neukölln-Rixdorf/Richardskiez. :)
The apartment is in an unrenovated „Altbau“ and has the appropriate charm. The building fabric is no longer completely new, but it is cozy with the furnishings.
2 room kitchen and bathroom.
The bedroom with an big 1,80m Bed, is out to the back facing the beautiful garden, so it is very quiet.
Everything you need is available the usually appliances and equipment like washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, etc. There is also a TV.
It would be important for you to take care of our plants and be vegan, or at least only prepare vegan food in the apartment. Also our Falt isn’t suitable for party much. sry 😬
Wie bereits erwähnt, gibt es eine sehr schönen Garten hintem Haus der natürlich auch genutzt werden kann.
Die Ringbahn bzw. S-Sonnenallee sind nur ca. 10min laufen entfernt, 2 stopps bis Ostkreuz Die U7 an der Karl-Marx-Straße ebenfalls 2 Stops bis Hermmanplatz. Beides mit dem Rad in unter 5min erreichbar.
Ebefalls der Bus M41 auf der Sonnenalle in 3.min laufnähe.
Rixdorf und der Richardkiez sind mit guten Grund einer der beliebtesten Kieze Neuköllns bzw. Berlins.
Quasi eine Oase im Chaos Neuköllns, fast dorflicher Charakter rund um den Richardplatz.
Dierkt vor der Tür der Wohnung liegt der Böhmische Platz.
Cafes, Bars, Restaurants und Kultur Zeug rund um.
Auch Sport, wie der Bouldergarten 5 min entfernt.
As already mentioned, there is a very nice garden behind the house that can of course also be used.
