This south-oriented, 85 sqm, 2 bedroom and very bright apartment is on the top floor of a traditional Altbau building from the early 1900s in a side street.
The apartment has 4 rooms: a large open fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a double bed, so it can comfortably accommodate 4 people (including a family with children).
The apartment is ideally located, 5 minutes from the U/S-Bahnhof Neukölln, and only meters away from some of the nicest cafés, bars and restaurants in town.
My girlfriend and I are leaving our 85m² apartment for 3 months, from January 5, 2025, to April 1, 2025.
I occasionally list the apartment on AirBnB: airbnb.de/h/edou.
No pets allowed, and the flat is non-smoking.
The price is 1700 EUR per month, all-inclusive (including cleaning every two weeks).
