- ein Wohnzimmer mit Beamer, Schlafsofa und Balkon
- kleineres Zimmer, was entweder als zweites Schlafzimmer, Gästezimmer oder Büro genutzt werden kann

Die Wohnung ist vom 3.Februar -3.Mai 25 verfügbar. Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.

We’re offering a beautiful 3-room (70m2) flat in Berlin-Neukölln (U7 Grenzallee). The flat is located on the second floor, is very bright, and has a warm atmosphere.

* A spacious living room with a video projector, sleeping sofa and access to a lovely balcony.

• A small room that can be used as a guest room or office.

The flat is available from February 3rd to May 3rd (can be also for a couple of days longer) for 900 euros per month.
