- 2 Zimmer, davon eins mit ca. 20 qm, das andere 15 qm.
- möbiliert, aber mit viel space für deine/eure Sachen
- extrem gute Wärmeisolierung
- sehr hellhöriges Haus leider
- keine Anmeldung
- Gesamtmiete liegt bei 700 Euro warm, mit allem drin (inkl. Internet)
- schöne Umgebung mit Karl-Kunger-Kiez und Kanalnähe :-)

Meldet euch bei Interesse!

Wir vermieten am liebsten an
- eine Person, die die ganze Wohnung mietet
oder
- an zwei Menschen, die sich bereits kennen :-)

We are renting out our beautiful, bright apartment for three months. Here are the hard facts:

- From March 1st to May 25th, 2025
- 2 rooms, one about 20 sqm, the other 15 sqm
- Furnished, but with plenty of space for your things
- Excellent thermal insulation
- Very poorly soundproofed building unfortunately
- No registration
- Total rent is 700 euros all-inclusive (including internet)
- Lovely surroundings with Karl-Kunger-Kiez and close to the canal :-)
