Wir bieten unsere 69qm sanierte 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung vom 03. März bis zum 06. Mai 2025 zur Untermiete an, da wir ausziehen. Da das Wohnzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zur Küche und zum Balkon ist, empfiehlt sich die Wohnung für eine einzelne Person oder ein Pärchen. Trotzdem ist eine Nutzung als WG möglich.
Die Küche ist neu und ausreichend für einen 2-Personen-Haushalt ausgestattet: Geschirrspüler, Herd, Ofen, Geschirr, Bialetti Kaffeekocher. Ein Kühlschrank ist leider nicht vorhanden, da wir unseren mitnehmen. Es ist aber ausreichend Platz ein eigenes Gerät mitzubringen. Wir stellen gerne folgende Möblierung zur Verfügung: 1,20m breite Matratze, Nachtisch, kleines Regal, Sessel und Couchtisch. Da wir unseren Wlan-Vertrag mit in die neue Wohnung mitnehmen ist kein Wlan vorhanden.
We are offering our 69sqm renovated 2-room flat in an old building for subletting (from 10.03 to 06.05.2025). As the living room is a connecting room to the kitchen and the balcony, the flat is recommended for a single person or a couple. Nevertheless, it is possible to use it as a shared flat.
The kitchen is new and sufficiently equipped for a 2-person household: dishwasher, cooker, oven, crockery, Bialetti coffee maker. Unfortunately, there is no fridge as we are taking ours with us. However, there is enough space to bring your own. We are happy to provide the following furnishings: 1.20m wide mattress, bedside table, small shelf, armchair and coffee table. As we are taking our wifi contract with us to the new flat, there is unfortunately no wifi available.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Schönholzer Straße in 13187 Berlin Pankow und ist sehr gut an den Berliner Nahverkehr angebunden. Direkt um die Ecke befinden sich zwei Tramstationen der M1 [Bügerpark Pankow, Rathaus Pankow] und der M50 [Pankow Kirche]. Außerdem fahren jeweils 10min zu Fuß entfernt die U2, S2, S8, M1, M50 [U Pankow] und die S1, S25, S26, S85 [S Wollankstraße]. Der große Bürgerpark ist direkt ums Eck für schöne Spaziergänge und die Wilhelm-Kur-Straße bietet viele kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten für ein Auto. Außerden sind diverse Supermärkte (Kaufland, Rewe, Lidl, BioCompany, ...), eine Apotheke, Drogerie (DM, Rossmann) ebenfalls in direkter Umgebung. Ein Waschsalon und eine Änderungsschneiderei sind auch fußläufig erreichbar.

There are two tram stops on the M1 [Bügerpark Pankow, Rathaus Pankow] and the M50 [Pankow Kirche] just around the corner. In addition, the U2, S2, S8, M1, M50 [U Pankow] and the S1, S25, S26, S85 [S Wollankstraße] are all a 10-minute walk away. The large Bürgerpark is just around the corner for nice walks and the Wilhelm-Kur-Straße offers many free parking spaces for a car. There are also various supermarkets (Kaufland, Rewe, Lidl, BioCompany, ...), a pharmacy and drugstores (DM, Rossmann) in the immediate vicinity. A launderette and a tailor's shop are also within walking distance.
