KOLLWITZPLATZ - Bester Berliner Lage!

Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne Wohnung für unbestimmte Zeit. Ich ziehe in eine andere Wohnung und möchte diese Wohnung teilmöbliert halten. Einzugstermin ist der 01.02.

Zwei große Zimmer, zwei Balkone, ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne und Waschtrockner (kann waschen und trocknen) und eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Ofen und Spülmaschine.

Es gibt einen sehr großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit drei Stangen auf der einen Seite, Regalböden auf der anderen Seite. Viel Stauraum!

Ich lasse mein Bett (160 cm) ohne Matratze in der Wohnung, Esstisch und Stühle, Regale und einige Küchenutensilien wie Toaster, Besteck, etwas Geschirr etc.

Die Wohnung hat einen hohen Wohlfühl-Faktor, liegt allerdings an einer Hauptstraße! 


BESICHTIGUNGSTERMIN IST DER 10.01., FRÜHER GEHT ES LEIDER NICHT.
Uhrzeiten müssen abgesprochen werden. Ich lese bis zum 09. meine Mails nur unregelmäßig, der Besichtigungstermin steht aber.

I am renting my apartment for a long period. It is partly furnished, you won't need a lot of stuff when you move in. There is a big walk-in-closet for storage and clothes, I'll leave the washing machine that is also a dryer, a commode in the bathroom, the whole kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a gas stove and some dishes, some racks, my bed without the matress (160 cm), a table and chairs in the living room.

There is a tram station in front of the door, perfect to go in all directions of Berlin very fast (M 10 and M 1), but you will hear a little noise from the street. The apartment is nothing for people that are totally sensitive with that.

Visiting date is the 10th of January, before it's not possible.
We can arrange a time via Email. I am on holidays and not reading my mails every day, so have a little patience.
