Size: 47 sqm, 1st floor, with a balcony overlooking the second yard
Kitchen: Fully equipped, featuring a large fridge/freezer, microwave, Lidl-version Thermomix, rice/slow cooker. There is also a compact dishwasher (located in the bathroom).
Bedroom: Comfortable bed (140x200 cm) with blackout curtains to ensure restful sleep.

Ich vermiete meine geliebte 47 qm Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete ab dem 9. Dezember 2024 bis mindestens Mitte Februar (Verlängerung bis Ende Februar möglich). Die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der U6/U9 entfernt und befindet sich im 1. Stock mit Blick auf den ruhigen zweiten Innenhof – sehr ruhig und gemütlich.
