I am renting out for my brother a completely and high-quality renovated (2022) and newly furnished 2 room appartment (one bedroom with double bed, night stand and wardrobe, one living room with sofa (-bed), armchair, tv, dining table - you have to go through the living room to get to the bedroom) for my brother. There is lots of daylight. It has a new shower bath with a window, a new kitchen with a window. It has kitchen utensils, towels and bedclothes. There is a vacuum cleaner and a washer-dryer. It has a french balcony/french doors. It has lightproof blinds and plissés.
The apartment is on the second floor of a silent house.
There is a community garden and a cellar room.
Smoking is not allowed, not even with opened windows/french doors.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch gut angebunden. 50 m entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle Lipaer Straße (188/N88), 400 m entfernt befindet sich der S-Bahnhof Botanischer Garten (S1). The adress is quiet and yet there is a very good connection to the public transport. 50 m away from bus station Lipaer Straße (188/N88) and 400 m away from S-Bahnhof Botanischer Garten (S1), where you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery, cafés and restaurants. The line S1 goes directly to Rathaus Steglitz, Schöneberg, Anhalter Bahnhof, Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor und Friedrichstraße.

Die Inklusiv-Miete setzt sich zusammen aus 825 € Kaltmiete, 175 € Möblierungszuschlag und 500 € Nebenkosten (warme und kalte Nebenkosten, Internet, Strom, Reinigung der Wohnung/Bettzeug/Handtücher vor Bezug).
