Wir vermieten unsere große, helle und voll ausgestattete Wohnung direkt am Treptower Park in der Zeit vom 30.11.24-22.02.25. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein super bequemes 2x2 m Bett, das Kinderzimmer hat 2 Hochbetten (90x200) und eine ausklappbare kleine Schlafcouch. Spielzeug und Bücher sind zu Hauf vorhanden. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Wanne. Trockner und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Die offene Küche bietet diverse Küchengeräte, Herd mit Backofen, eine Spülmaschine und einen großen Kühlschrank. Unsere Wohnung ist mit WLAN ausgestattet (wir haben keinen TV).
We are renting our large, bright and fully equipped apartment directly at Treptower Park for three months (11/30/24-02/22/25). The bedroom has a super comfortable 2x2 m bed, the children's room has 2 loft beds (90x200) and a small fold-out sofa bed. Toys and books abound. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Dryer and washing machine are available. The open kitchen offers various kitchen appliances, a stove with oven, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator. Our apartment is equipped with WiFi (we don't have a TV).
Ein dickes Plus an unserer Wohnung ist die Lage: direkt am Treptower Park mit seinem Spree-Hafen und dem Plänterwald. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Ringbahn (ca.7 Minuten)sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Alexanderplatz benötigt man mit der S-Bahn 15 min.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Tür.
A big plus about our apartment is the location: right next to Treptower Park with its Spree harbor and Plänterwald. Shops and the Ringbahn are within walking distance. It takes 15 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn.
Da es sich um unsere (tierfreie) Wohnung handelt, möchten wir Zwischenmieter, die sorgsam mit dem Inventar umgehen. Max. 4 Personen, Kinder sind sehr willkommen, ein Hund auch. Partys und Rauchen sind nicht erlaubt.
Die angegebenen Mietkosten beziehen sich auf die monatlichen Kosten.
Since this is our (pet-free) apartment, we would like subtenants who handle the inventory carefully. Max. 4 people, children are very welcome, a dog too. Parties and smoking are not permitted. The stated rental costs refer to the monthly costs.
