Helle lichtdurchflutete 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin-Wilmersdorf

Ich werde mich auf eine Reise begeben, weshalb ich meine Wohnung für den März zur Zwischenmiete abgeben würde.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG mit einer Fläche von 64 m² inkl. des Balkons. Das Gebäude wurde vor 3 Jahren von außen restauriert und erneuert. Vor 2 Jahren wurde das Badezimmer und die Küche erneuert.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und sofort bezugsfertig. Handtücher und Bettzeug würde ich ebenfalls vor Ort lassen.

Herd, Ofen, Waschmaschine, Thermomix, Kontaktgrill, Küchenequipment, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Smoothiemaker, Kaffeevollautomat
Couch (wird noch getauscht), TV, Playstation 4, Esstisch, Computermonitor, Wäschespinne
Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Putzmittel, Lebensmittel
Gesucht wird ein/e verantwortungsbewusste und hygienische Person gesucht, der ich meine geliebte Wohnung für 1 Monat anvertrauen würde. Ein- und Auszugstermin können gerne um ein paar Tage angepasst werden. Kaution in Höhe der Miete. Miet- und Kautionszahlung im Voraus. Die Kaution wird bei unbeschädigter und vollständiger Wohnungsübergabe spätestens 7 Werktage nach Auszugsdatum wieder zurückgezahlt. Für Beschädigungen und verlorene Gegenstände aus der Wohnung wird der doppelte Betrag der Reparatur- oder Ersatzkosten einbehalten.

I will be travelling, which is why I would like to give up my flat for interim rent in March.
The flat is on the 2nd floor with an area of 64 m² including the balcony. The exterior of the building was renovated and modernised 3 years ago. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated 2 years ago.
The flat is fully furnished and ready to move into. I would also leave towels and bed linen on site.

Cooker, oven, washing machine, Thermomix, contact grill, kitchen equipment, refrigerator, toaster, smoothie maker, fully automatic coffee machine
Couch (to be exchanged), TV, Playstation 4, dining table, computer monitor, rotary dryer
Bed, Bed linen, towels, cleaning products, food
I am looking for a responsible and hygienic person to whom I would entrust my beloved flat for 1 month. Move-in and move-out dates can be adjusted by a few days. Deposit in the amount of the rent. Rent and deposit paid in advance. The deposit will be refunded no later than 7 working days after moving out if the flat has been handed over undamaged and complete. Double the amount of the repair or replacement costs will be retained for damage and lost items from the flat.
