ABER in die Stadt ist es trotzdem nicht weit!
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut!
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 980 € pro Monat und beinhaltet alle Kosten, GEZ, Internet/Telefon, Heizung/Strom und alle anderen Nebenkosten.
Die Betriebskosten werden am Mietende abgerechnet und etwaiger Überschuss zurück gezahlt.
Zusätzlich zur Miete wird eine einmalige Kaution von 1950,00 € verlangt!
Die Wohnung ist nicht als Wohngemeinschaft geeignet, also bitte nur Singles oder Pärchen!
Nur an Mieter ohne Haustiere!
Eine Anmeldung bei den Ämtern ist unter dieser Adresse problemlos möglich!
