Right by the canal: cozy apartment with terrace in lively neighbourhood

This little gem is located in the quiet second backyard of an old beautiful building right at Paul-Lincke-Ufer. I will be leaving for approx. 6 months and was hoping to find a caring subtenant who won't mind watering my plants once a week, too :) We have the sweetest neighbours including our neighbours cats, who you will find wondering around the backyard. Sometimes you'll hear the kids playing. It just really feels like a little village in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Kreuzberg.

My flat is in the 1st floor, with a terrace and a little garden. Feel free to get active in there if you like to get your hands dirty :) This little apartment has a very special cut, so that it feels more like a tiny cottage rather than a city apartment. The kitchen is new and custom made - don't be fooled by the size: i love to cook, a lot - it will offer you everything you need and more. Walking past the bathroom, you'll find yourself in the living/dining/home office room, the center of the apartment which leads to the terrace. The wifi connection is really good in the whole flat, since I am working from home every day - no video call problems ;) Last but not least, the bedroom. You will have a whole dresser for yourself with enough space for your belongings. The mattress is 1,40 big and very comfy. You will have a little corner for doing yoga and sport by the window.

Big plus of this flat: there is a communal roof top terrace for everyone living in the building! So whenever you feel like you need to get some sun or air to breathe, meditate, relax or simply enjoy the view - all you need to do is climb up 5 floors ;)
