Wir suchen eine Zwischenmiete für etwa vier Wochen ab 06. Dezember bis 05. Januar (4 Wochen) für unsere helle und geräumige Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin Neukölln, nähe U-Boddinstraße.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, einen langen Flur, ein Bad mit Dusche und eine große Küche, die auch als recht gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum dienen kann.
In dem Zeitraum zwischen 06. Dezember bis 05. Januar sind auch kürzere Untermiete möglich.
We are looking for a sublet our bright and spacious apartment in Berlin Neukölln, near U-Boddinstrasse, from December 06th to January 5th (4 weeks).
The apartment has a living room, a bedroom, a long hallway, a bathroom with a shower and a large kitchen, which can also serve as an additional room with a table for four people.
In the time frame between December 06th to January 5th, also shorter stays are possible.
Die Wohnung befindet sich eine Minute von der nächsten U-Bahn Station entfernt; in der Nähe von vielen Bars und Cafés (um die Ecke ist der Schillerkiez), die Fenster gehen aber in den ruhigen Innenhof. Der nächste Supermarkt ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Außerdem sind mit Hasenheide und Tempelhofer Feld zwei große Parks sehr schnell erreichbar. Und da es hier um den Sommer geht, ist auch das Freibad Columbiadamm sehr nah gelegen.
The apartment is located one minute from the nearest metro station, close to many bars and cafes, but the windows face the quiet courtyard. Two beautiful and large parks, Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Feld, can be reached very quickly. And since it is summer, the Freibad Columbiadamm is also very close by.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Regal, Bett, Kleiderschrank, und so weiter (siehe Fotos) – aber in Kleiderschrank und Regalen wird Platz sein für eigene Sachen.
The apartment is fully furnished with a desk, shelf and bed, wardrobe, etc. (see photos); Our things will stay in the apartment, but there will be enough space in the wardrobe and on the shelves for your own things.
