Die Wohnung liegt in Bonn-Graurheindorf, einem ruhigen familiären Stadtteil direkt am Rhein. Das 4 km entferne Stadtzentrum lässt sich super mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder ÖPNV erreichen. Es gibt mehrere Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen in der Nähe. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Supermärkten, Drogerie und Apotheke befindet sich in dem neuen Einkaufskomplex Auerberg Mitte und ist ca 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Praktisch sind auch die unmittelbare Nähe zur Autobahn A565 sowie die schönen Spaziermöglichkeiten am Rhein und in den umliegenden Feldern.

Wir vermieten die Wohnung im Rahmen unserer gemeinsamen Elternzeit, welche wir in Portugal und Spanien verbringen werden. Wir freuen uns, wenn die Wohnung in dieser Zeit von sorgsamen, netten, tierfreien, Nichtraucher:innen bewohnt wird. Zur Info des weiteren Vorgehens: Die Eigentümer Gesellschaft benötigt nach unserer Auswahl geeigneter Zwischenmieter:innen einen Bonitatsnachweis, Einkommensnachweise, Ausweis Kopien sowie einen Nachweis über eine Haftpflichtversicherung.
We are renting the apartment during our parental leave, which we will be spending in Portugal and Spain. We would be pleased if the apartment is occupied by careful, nice, pet-free, non-smokers during this time. For information on the further procedure: After our selection of suitable interim tenants, the owner company will require proof of creditworthiness, proof of income, copies of identity documents and proof of liability insurance.
