¡Sólo para 1 persona! Muy bonito apartamento en una calle tranquila y frondosa en Schwabing - con un montón de cafés y restaurantes. Una gran habitación está dividida por un semi-wall: de un lado está tu salón (también con cama doble), y en el otro lado hay una cocina con lavavajillas. El sofá-cama es una cama de 140 cm con un colchón de alta calidad adecuado. El dormitorio es grande y luminoso con una cama kingsize de 180 cm, un lecho/sofa y un escritorio. Hay un baño con bañera y lavadora. También un pasillo de entrada con espacio de almacenamiento. Un compartimento en el ático también es disponible de forma gratuita para almacenar sus cosas. El alquiler es posiblemente extensible. ¡Sólo los no fumadores! El apartamento está totalmente amueblado con muebles y pinturas que un querido para mí - sólo alquiler para gente responsable que cuidará de mi lugar como si fuera su propio. Soy dueño de un perro pequeño, no deberías ser alérgico. El alquiler incluye calefacción y electricidad. Extra sería internet y ARD ZDF Rundfunkgebühr.

Cuando regrese de mi viaje de 1 año, podría mudarme a otra ciudad. Entonces, me gustaría tener 1 habitación para mí mismo durante 2 noches / semana y alquilar la otra habitación permanentemente, por lo que podría haber la opción de extender a largo plazo como un semi-WG. Only for 1 person! Very pretty appartment in a leafy quiet street in Schwabing - with lots of cafes and restaurants. One big room is divided by a semi-wall: on one side is your living room (also with a double bed), and on the other side is a kitchen with dishwasher. The sofabed is a 140cm bed with a proper high quality mattress. The bedroom is big and bright with a 180cm kingsize bed, a daybed/sofa and a desk. There is a bathroom with bathtub, and washing machine. Also an entry hallway with storage space. A compartment in the attic is also avaiöable for free to store your things. Rent is possibly extendable. Strictly only non-smokers! The appartment is fully furnished with furniture and paintings that a dear to me - I only rent to responsonible people who will take care of my place as if it was their own. I own a little dog, you should not be allergic. Rent includes heating and electricity. Extra would be internet and ARD ZDF Rundfunkgebühr.

When I return from my 1-year travel, I might move to another town. Then, I would like to keep 1 room to myself for 2 nights /week and rent out the other room permanently, so there might be the option to extend longterm as a semi-WG. Check out reviews on my airbnb site (only flr the bedroom):
