Great completely renovated house with rooftop terrace and 11 private furnished rooms with all double beds

You have on the groundfloor a laundry with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers , an electric charger point for bikes or steps and a large garage .
On the first floor you can find the large living room with tv corner and the dinning room which is next to a fully equipped kitchen
This house has several bathrooms and seperate toilets .
In total there are 11 private furnished rooms with all large beds ( 120-200 cm)
On the rooftop you have a large wooden terrace with a barbecue and a great view over Brussels
The renting price is between 650 and 725 euro depending of the surface of the rooms in case you stay minimum 6 months
In case of shorter stay we charge a monthly supplement depending of the duration
We charge a fee of 15 euro a month for the use of the washing machine and dryer and 10 euro a month for the cleaning of the commun parts of the house
The warranty is 2 month rent
Wifi , water , heating , electricity and taxes are included in the rent .
We also povide a service to hire a clean pillow and duvet , bedsheets at the start of the renting perriod .
This house is very good located for students ( close by VUB university ) and also for interns because of it's location nearby european institutions ( parlement and commission )
The tenants are all young people between 18 and 30years old and from different countries which makes a nice atmosphere in the house
