In both rooms there are big windows with shutters (which enable total darkening of the room).
In the kitchen: built-in refrigerator, oven, stove, hood, dishwasher and washing machine. As well as microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Complete kitchenware. A round dining table and chairs by the window.

The house is located in Arnimplatz, a beautiful square which has all the necessary shops/supermarket around it. There is a big Rewe supermarket 1 min away, lots of small shops and cafes, DM, pharmacy. Absolutely charming and lively neighborhood, one of the best in the city!
It's a 6 min walk to the Schönhuaser Allee station : S Bahn, U Bahn and trams. There is Arcaden shopping mall next to the station.
This house is ideal for a couple or an individual who is looking for a place located in a very secured and comfortable neighborhood.
