Subletting room in 3 person shared house

House Structure:
It's a 4 room house shared in 3 persons. It also has 2 washrooms, a living room and a garden.Residential parking is also available. House is very clean and well organised. House is fully furnished.
Persons Living:
Currently it's shared between only 2 persons (a male and a female) but a new tenant (a female) will join soon.
Subletting Period:
I am subletting it for a month but it can be extended for little bit.
Requirements:
We are looking for any gender, professional or student but should be disciplined and organised person.
Location:
It's located at a very good location. Bus stop is located on 1 min walk from the house. All the facilities at the doorstep. We have netto and rewe just around the corner. Its just 10 min by bus from Rodenkirchen BF.
Rent:
Basic rent is 300 euros and after adding everything it would be 400 euros. But it can be discussed according to the renting period.
