Hello people of Maastricht (or those soon to be)! My flat mates and I will move out of our lovely house in July and we are looking for new tenants to continue living in the residence! Our house is very big and located just about 10 mins from the city center!
Below you will see photos, but let me shortly give you a tour of the house:
Ground Floor – backyard, including a bike shed to store your bikes and a pond with happy Nemo’s waiting to be found. As for the house, on the ground floor you can find a large living room, a kitchen and joining dining room. Kitchen has all needed utilities working. Also a lot of plates, glasses and cutlery. The toilet is also located on the ground floor. Additionally, we have a secret underground room, where you can go hiding, or just wash your clothes.
First Floor – 2 sleeping rooms, 1 study room and a shower. One of the sleeping rooms looks to the street, while the other one looks to our backyard. All rooms include big wardrobes and shelves that you can store all your things.
Second Floor – this floor only has one amazing rooftop room, that we like to call our Study/Drinking room. It is very well lit because of its huge windows. Here you can find again lots of shelf space for your belongings. Additional to the room, there is some additional space with shelves for even more belongings of yours! There is also a dryer, in case you want your clothes dried without hanging them.
As you see, this is a very big house that can host 2 couples (like ourselves) or 4 people. Our landlord is very nice and helpful all the time. Also, all rooms have central heating, so you will never be cold in winter!
The price for our house is €355 per person and everyone has a separate contract.
