Ein schönes und geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon

Dear all,
This room is about 30 meters and it has a great balcony. It has spacious wardrobes but it doesn’t have a bed (a mattress is available). It is located in Reutlingen and it is an 8 minutes walk to the bus station which you can get a bus every 5 minutes to get to the central train station or the town center. There is a 5 minute walk to Kik and Lidl and about 10 minutes to Dm, Rewe, Aldi, and Netto.
The rent is 600 € per month all the utilities included. We have a a furnished kichen wirh washing machine, dishwasher. The washing machine is in the basement. There are currently 3 people in this house:
Dilek who is the owner and she lives with his son Arman who is 13 years old and they live on the first floor. On the second floor there are two rooms and a bathroom.
Sepideh is a university student and she is in the smaller room. Your room would be next to her.
All of us have a good relationship with each other and we like someone friendly and kind.
