Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in toller WG - INTERNATIONALS WELCOME :)

Das Franki gilt als schönste Ecke Aachens. Schöne Gebäude schöne Läden und ein sehr nicer Park direkt um die Ecke. Trotzdem ist man mit Bussen (5min) und dem Hbf (10min Fußweg) super angebunden. Außerdem wohnen wir direkt über einem Kiosk und die erste schöne Bar (Dümont) ist keine 2 min entfernt.

Die aktuelle WG Konstellation gibt es erst seit ein paar Monaten. Wir verstehen uns aber alle echt gut und machen gerne mal WG Aktionen wie zB zusammen feiern, einen WG Adventskalender und zusammen wichteln.

Ty(ler): ist passionierter Kameramann und manchmal tagelang für Drehs unterwegs. Wenn er zu Hause ist, zockt er gern, kocht manchmal vietnamesisches Essen für die ganze WG und ist der Dad-Joke-Verantwortliche.

Emma: hat gerade mit ihrem Medizinstudium begonnen und ist immer für ein Pläuschchen zu haben. Sie spielt Volleyball und ist großer Basketballfan.

Neu in die WG einziehen, werden im April Poson und Katja. Beide beginnen ihren Master und du wärst nicht der/die erste Neuankömmling.

Generell sind wir eine ziemlich aktive Wg. Von Billard und feiern bis zum entspannten Filmabend. Natürlich hat man trotzdem immer einen Rückzugsort und seine Ruhe, wenn man sie braucht. Also hat man besonders als Newbie in der Stadt hier einen sehr coolen Einstiegsort. :)

Unsere Wohnung hat viele shared spaces was die Wohnung trotz 5 Menschen sehr luftig sein lässt und man kann trotzdem sehr entspannt zusammen chillen.

Die "Kaltmiete" beinhaltet alles von Internet bis Gas- und Heizkosten.

ROOM
Since I’m currently doing a semester abroad, I’m looking to sublet my room during that time.
We can talk about the exact move-in and move-out dates, but the general period is from now / begin of April until the end of June. If you're looking for something long-term, moving out a bit earlier might be possible, too.
I think this flatshare could be the perfect starting point for your time in Aachen!

The room is about 17 m². Thanks to the loft bed and the high ceilings, there’s a lot of space and it feels really open. Since the room faces south, you’ll get a lot of sunlight, especially in the mornings.

Right at the entrance of the room, there’s a built-in wardrobe with enough storage for all your stuff.

We have one bathroom and two separate toilets. And in our kitchen, you’re more than welcome to hang out and have a chat. :)

LOCATION
The Frankenberger Viertel "Franki" is considered one of the nicest areas in Aachen – beautiful buildings, cool shops, and a lovely park just around the corner.
At the same time, you're really well connected: the nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away and Aachen main station is only a 10-minute walk.
Also, there’s a kiosk right below us, and the first cool bar (Dümont) is less than 2 minutes away.

FLATSHARE LIFE
Our current flatshare setup is still pretty new, but we all get along super well and like doing things together – from parties to a WG advent calendar and Secret Santa.

Ty(ler) is a passionate cameraman and often away for shoots. When he’s home, he loves gaming, sometimes cooks Vietnamese food for all of us, and is definitely our “dad joke” guy.

Emma just started med school, is always up for a chat, plays volleyball and is a big basketball fan.

In April, Poson and Katja will be moving in. Both are starting their Master’s, so you wouldn’t be the only newcomer.

In general, we’re a pretty active WG – from billiards and partying to chill movie nights. Of course, you’ll always have your own space to relax when needed. So especially if you’re new in town, this is a great place to start. :)

OTHER INFO
Our apartment has lots of shared spaces, so even though we’re five people, it still feels spacious and relaxed.

The rent includes everything – internet, gas, heating, etc.
