I am Mert YALCIN and I am currently in Aachen, Germany for my Master’s education. I am studying the Electrical Engineering and Information Technology MSc. program at RWTH Aachen University. I am currently staying at the Halifax dormitory at Aachen until February/March, but I am looking for a place to stay after February/March. My study started on 7.10.2024 and it will last for at least 2 years.
My hobbies include playing video games, reading books, watching films or TV shows, playing football, basketball, bowling, and billiards. I am calm and peaceful and like to chat with others. I also enjoy cooking and would love to cook together with my flatmates occasionally. For me, being tidy and keeping common areas clean are very important aspects of living together with people. I clean my room regularly at my family home. My mother is extremely tidy, so cleaning and housework are habits for me, not chores. I do not smoke myself, and I do not mind living together with smokers as long as they are careful about non-smokers.
