Room in a shared apartment

Hallo,
ich heiße Marina und ich bin 29 Jahre alt. Ich suche derzeit ein gemütliches und bezahlbares Zimmer in Aachen für die nächsten 6 Monate, da ich meine Abschlussarbeit an der Fachhochschule schreibe.

Ich bin von Natur aus freundlich und unkompliziert, und respektiere die Bedürfnisse anderer Menschen. In meiner Freizeit kümmere ich mich um meine Zimmerpflanzen, gehe bei gutem Wetter wandern oder entspanne einfach zu Hause. Ich würde mich freuen, Mitbewohner zu finden, mit denen ich gelegentlich bei einer Tasse Tee plaudern kann, aber das ist natürlich kein Muss.

Als Mieterin bin ich ordentlich und zuverlässig. Meine Zahlungsfähigkeit bin ich gerne bereit, durch Vorlage eines Auszugs aus meinem Bankkonto, nachzuweisen.

Ich werde voraussichtlich 2-3 Tage die Woche in der Wohnung sein und am Wochenende bin ich meistens in den Niederlanden.

I am naturally friendly and easygoing, and I respect the needs of others. In my free time, I enjoy taking care of my indoor plants, going hiking in good weather, or simply chilling at home. I would be delighted to find roommates with whom I could occasionally talk over a cup of tea, but of course, that's not a requirement.

As a tenant, I am neat and reliable. I am willing to prove my financial capability by providing my bank statement.

I will be only 2-3 days per week in the apartment, and on weekends I am often in Holland.
