The room is 8m2 big. Small but cosy with a big window for your daliy vitamine D. There is enough space for the essential stuff like table, chair, bed, shelves etc. The room is to the south-west. Sun from midday to evening.
You will see it better on a online or live meeting in the flat. :)
The falt is not far away from the german border. a migro and the Erlenmatt Park with a beautiful river. In 10min by foot you will find the migros and the tram station Brombacherstrasse, 13min by food is the bus station Feldbergerstrasse. With the bike need you 7min to the university and 10min into the city. St. Johann and the rhein arn´t so far away. A short walk of 20min or 5min with the nike and your are at the water.
Isabela and Salomé are both in their 20s. Isabela work for a architectur office and Salomé study at the Academy of Musik. Both are busy, but appreciate good company and a talk in the kitchen. The living room is for all. You can sit there, have a nice dinner with friends or chill on the two sofas. One of them is a sleeping coach. So it is possible to invite people over night.
The disposition is three rents and has to be paid before moving in. Same for the first rent.
There is a place for your bike.
The Furnishings are on sale. Bed (without matratze), wandrobe, two shelves, night cupboard.
We have a private room for our laundry and a basement part for more stuff if needed.
