We are looking for a female student willing to share a lovely Altbau flat in a super central location in Berlin Mitte, in the Linienstrasse. Please see information of the room C available below.

The flat is on the first floor, and has wooden floors and high-ceilings; it is composed of three bedrooms, a smaller one and two very big ones, of which one as a small balcony; a large kitchen; a bathroom (with tub and shower) divided into two parts, with double washbasins. The building has a rare privilege for such a central address: a large ‘Hof’, a backyard with plenty of space for bikes but especially for enjoying the warm season outside, sitting on the grass, sunbathing, reading a book...
The flat is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, high-speed internet connection. Each room offers a desk with chair, a bed, and a wardrobe; the kitchen has of course a table with chairs.

ROOM B (24m2, AVAILABLE, 787 euro, all additional costs covered, including heating, electricity, internet, usage of the furniture and appliances).

The room is very large, with two windows, opening on the Linienstrasse and the beautiful Altbau facade in front. It’s very bright and spacious, and easily accommodate a double bed and a working space. It’s the first room on the left as one enters the apartment, and the most ‘scenic’ of the three.


KITCHEN

The kitchen is very large and will serve comfortably as a living and socializing area. It is equipped with appliances (dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, table with chairs), and includes all needed basics: cutlery, dishes, pots and pans.


BATHROOM

The bathroom is separated into two parts by a door: a front ‘guest bathroom’ with toilet and sink, and a larger bathroom with a second basin, a bathtub with shower, and the washing machine. It is equipped with storage units.

Wir suchen eine Studentin, die bereit ist, eine schöne Altbauwohnung in super zentraler Lage in Berlin Mitte, in der Linienstraße, zu teilen.

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, hat Holzböden und hohe Decken; sie besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern, einem kleineren und zwei sehr großen, von denen eines einen kleinen Balkon hat; einer großen Küche; einem zweigeteilten Bad (mit Wanne und Dusche) mit Doppelwaschbecken. Das Gebäude hat ein seltenes Privileg für eine so zentrale Adresse: einen großen 'Hof', einen Hinterhof mit viel Platz für Fahrräder, aber vor allem, um die warme Jahreszeit draußen zu genießen, auf dem Rasen zu sitzen, ein Sonnenbad zu nehmen, ein Buch zu lesen...
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, High-Speed-Internetanschluss. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Bett und einen Kleiderschrank; die Küche hat natürlich einen Esstisch mit Stühlen.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, mit zwei Fenstern, die sich auf die Linienstraße und die schöne Altbaufassade gegenüber ausrichten. Es ist sehr hell und geräumig und bietet Platz für ein Doppelbett und einen Arbeitsbereich. Es ist das erste Zimmer auf der linken Seite, wenn man die Wohnung betritt, und das "schönste" der drei Zimmer.


KÜCHE

Die Küche ist sehr groß und kann bequem als Wohn- und Aufenthaltsbereich genutzt werden. Sie ist mit Geräten ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Tisch mit Stühlen) und enthält alle notwendigen Basics: Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen.


BADEZIMMER

Das Badezimmer ist durch eine Tür in zwei Teile getrennt: ein vorderes 'Gästebad' mit Toilette und Waschbecken und ein größeres Badezimmer mit einem zweiten Waschbecken, einer Badewanne mit Dusche und der Waschmaschine. Es ist mit Ablageflächen ausgestattet.
