Hello my name is Moezi from Lebanon and I've been living in Berlin for the past 6 years. I will move out of my room to a new flat however still have a month on the contract and need to sublet my room in Neukölln.

The room is 25 m2 including the south balcony, which gets sun the entire day.

I‘ve been living in the flat since almost 5 years and it is fully equipped with a big kitchen and bathroom.

The flat across from us on the same floor are also friends of ours, so we have a nice community feeling around the flat and it feels like home.

The flat is super well located in Neckarstrasse (5 min walk to U7 Rathaus Neukölln and just 7 min walk to U8 Boddinstrasse). All possibe supermarkets you could think of are around the corner. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars close by as well.

Tempelhoferfeld is 10-15 mins by foot, and the canal is also the same distance in the other direction.

You would be living with 2 great ladies, Anne who is working in the NGO sector, and Milli who is an art curator.

We were friends before moving in together, so we are quite close and have lunch or dinner regularly. But at the same time, we all appreciate quiet and respect around the apartment.

We have a weekly cleaning schedule where each one person cleans one of the 3 common rooms (kitchen, bathroom, hallway) and the order rotates every week.
