I'm subletting my room whilst travelling and am looking for someone who needs a room for the winter!
The dates are somewhat flexible, however I am aiming to rent my room to one person for the entirely of my travels.
My flatmate Andrew is also my very close friend. He's from Cork, Ireland and we've lived together for 4 years. He is fantastic to live with - friendly, relaxed, clean and responsible. He works full-time, 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
Our flat and my room is very quiet, as we are situated in the back building. My room is the biggest and receives the most light.
My room and the flat has everything you need (aside from perhaps a proper desk chair). I'll empty out my wardrobe and create the space you need so that you can feel comfortable and at home. Our flat is very spacious - we also have a living room that doesn't get much use!
We are super centrally located and have multiple supermarkets, restaurants and shops outside the door. Transport connections are fantastic. U6 Naturkundemuseum, M10, M8, M12, M5 are basically outside the front door, and S-Nordbahnhof is a 5 min walk. You can easily get to all parts of Berlin within 20-30mins.
The rent is 750€ / month including all bills. The deposit (Kaution) is 750€.
Please let me know if you can rent the room out for the entirety of the duration, and what you're doing in Berlin. You are welcome to meet us and view the flat!
