i am looking for a new flatmate since my current one is moving out some time mid april.
unfortunately you can only select one gender you're looking for, but i'm comfortable with both women and nonbinary people.
this apartement is a long term one WITH registration to an adress, so hopefully you will stay at least 6 months.
your room will already have a SINGLE bed (my roomie is taking her double bed, you would get the single bed that was included), a desk, and a waredrobe and it is 14 sq. meters.
(uploading a better picture of the room tomorrow, i swear its not a scam)
common rooms are the bathroom and kitchen.
these things are important for the contract:
1. you have to be a student
2. you need to pay 1105,13 € deposit
3. if you don't pay the apartment from your pocket and don't work, no problem. however one of your relatives who is paying it has to be a guarantee that they can finance the appartment. (Mietbürgschaft)

about the apartment:
the apartment is renovated in 2020 and has floor heating. it is near the schöneweide train station (max 10 min walk) and close by to the tram station (ca. 3 min walk). also it is perfect if you study in HWT or science on HU.
it is also close to multiple super markets (denns biomarkt, kaufland, edeka, lidl, penny, rewe, netto), max 10 min by foot.
about me and living together:
hii, I'm Kira, 23 years old and i study fashion design at HTW. in my free time, i like to read and listen to music. i'm always up for a nice walk and carry my film camera with me in case of spontaneous inspiration. i also enjoy cooking, especially together! overall i'm pretty chill and need my time to recharge, so i totally get it, if you do as well. regardless i'm always up for going out, matcha/ coffee time or just chatting :)
the most important aspects for me are definitely respecting each other, harmony and communication. in case a problem occurs i'd like to find a solution and solve it together! being open about this stuff is essential to me!!
for me it is important that our kitchen and bathroom stay clean and tidy. if your rooms a mess, i don't care, i get it, life gets busy and that's your private space anyway.
smoking in the building is not permitted, the same goes for pets sadly.
