Just outside the room, the bathroom and washroom are right there on the same floor, so you won’t have to go far when you need them. It’s a place where you can have your own space while still being part of a comfortable, well-connected home.
Nestled in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, this apartment is perfectly situated for those who love a mix of city life and cozy neighborhood charm. Just a few-minute walk away, you’ll find an array of cafés, wineries, and restaurants, making it easy to grab a coffee, enjoy a glass of wine, or try out new spots for dinner. There are many sports studios around as well if you like to spent your free time more actively! If you feel like heading into the city center, Mitte is just a 15-minute walk away, so you can be in the middle of everything without even needing public transport.
That said, getting around is effortless. The apartment is well-connected by tram, with the M2, M4, and M10 lines just a 3 to 10-minute walk away, taking you anywhere in Berlin with ease. If you prefer the U-Bahn, the closest station is a 15-minute walk away, making longer commutes just as convenient.
You’ll be living with two easygoing and sociable flatmates. One is sporty, chatty, and always up for a good conversation or a casual movie night, though he keeps busy with work and sports. The other will be moving in a bit later, but when around, he’s funny, outgoing, and enjoys staying active. It’s a relaxed and respectful flatshare, where there’s a nice balance between social time and personal space.
