Bright, furnished room available in my flat in Kreuzberg (Wrangelstraße/Tabor corner). It’s minimalistic but comfortable and cozy, with two big windows. The flat has a proper kitchen and a decent-sized bathroom (see pics for everything described). There is a cleaning person who comes by regularly.
Regular rent would be too expensive – so here’s the deal:
I’m offering the room for 250€/month in exchange for help with a sizable pile of personal paperwork and some general admin tasks. Truth is, I have neglected it for some time and need support dealing with this. So, if you’re organized and don’t mind doing that kind of stuff, this could be a great fit.
About me:
I’m 34yo male (technically a grown-up), work in tech (mostly from home), and speak English, German, and French. I’m pretty chill – I don’t care if you have guests or an occasional party. Just try not to make the police come back a second time the same day or within a week. (Seriously, this is important). My own room may serve as a living room also.

– Rent is always paid a week in advance (reasonable for Berlin)
