Small living area with big windows. I sleep in the small room next to it, so the sofa would be all yours, it's clean and comfortable. The living area has a door to the balcony, and the door and have no curtains, so it might get a bit bright when the sun is shining in the morning.

There are several bus stops near the building, and U-bahn stations such as U7 and U6 a few stops away from the bus. Bus less than 5 mins away from walking-distance. It's a nice and calm area with a lot of green in the surrounding. It's also quite close to the airport.

I'm the only person you would be sharing the space with, and you are free to use anything around the house. I'm home most of the time and work from home a lot. I rarely get visitors, but you are free to have them, it's just a personal choice. The dishwasher is currently jammed, so dishes are washed in the sink by hand.
