I’ve been living in a one room apartment for tge past 7 years and now i want to come back to shared living which I also always loved a lot.
I have a full time job as architect and I love doing sports and spending time with my friends and Bruno.
I dont have any particular expectations for my new flatmate. I’m looking vor someone social and reliable with a reasonable sense of cleanliness.
Bruno is my 10-year-old dachshund. He’s a very social boy. At home he’s very quiet and appreciates spending time together just snoozing or playing.
Ythe apartment also has a 25 sqm living/dining room including a balcony which can be shared as well.

Work in Progress!
The kitchen is not beautiful at the moment but working. It will be changed in april.
The bathroom will have a one-day makover (probably) in February.
The hall will be renovated and an extra room will be created in december (and maybe January; if renovation will be ongoing in January, i would lower the rent for that month)
Thevliving room will just habe a one-day touch up as well (as soon as the hall is done)
