Room is fully furnished and it is on 12th floor.
It is 85sqm apartment with 2 fully furnished bedroom. I would like to rent 1 bedroom until end of Feb 2025.
This is a short term apartment and you can live here until 16th Feb 2025 (Can be extended upon discussion).
Anmeldung is not possible.

There is one guest toilet and one big toilet with bathtub. Kitchen is fully equipped.
I would like to give my home to someone who is responsible enough to take care of it as if it is their own home.
Smoking in balcony is allowed.
Apartment is equipped with all the appliances which are quite new and in excellent condition.

REWE supermarket is just down stairs
S Bahn Pichelsberg only 5 minutes walk
S3 and S9 goes directly to Airport via Zoo, Fridrichstraße, Hbf, Alexa, Warschauer Str...
Bus M49 is also 6 minutes away from the home.
Car parking is very easy to find. Location is very quiet so after a hectic day when you come home, you have nothing but peace.

The rent is negotiable and it is kept low on purpose. My expectation is that the person who moves in would have to take care of the house like it's their own. Looking for a person who likes neat and clean home.

If you don't like to take care of the house then this is not for you.
I don't smoke, but smoking in balcony is completely acceptable. I am pretty laid back person, I am sure you will have a good company.

This is an excellent apartment to live in. Two toilet in the household is quite unusual in Berlin but it is luxury to have that.
You are welcome to cook in fully equipped kitchen which has high quality appliances.
