The Apartment is located near Richard Wagner platz , Charlottenburg, 9 minutes walk to the U-ban7, 15 min to U2. and 5 minutes walk to the bus M45 that comes every 5 minutes, 5 minutes to M245 bus too, the location is very central and very well connected.

about me: I am a woman, 30 years old, I am friendly and I believe in kindness and openness toward each other as people. my work ist not remote so I am not around much but would love to hangout for dinner or going out, or on the weekends( but not a must) , I would also love a jym/work out buddy
the room is fully furnished as in the pic ( Metel bed 140×200, big enough for 2 ppl, work deck with chair, 3 door wardrobe with a mirror, extra storage wardrobe, All from ikea).
You must be respectful and unproblematic, the goal here is to have a nice stay and stress-free living environment.
