Hi! I'm subletting my private single room in a WG in Charlottenburg.
The room has a single bed with a fluffy blanket and pillows. There are also two tables and an office chair so that you can work or study comfortably. Clothes hanger and sufficient storage space are available. The view outside of the window is incredible!
Essential cookware such as pans, plates, cups and silverware are provided. There is also a kettle, an egg steamer, a private fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother!
My dorm is near U2 Sophie-Charlotte-Platz, S Westend, and several bus stations. The area is safe, quiet and peaceful. It is also quite centrally located, which makes travelling to anywhere really fast and easy!
There are several supermarkets and drug stores within 5 minutes of walking distance. There are also lots of amazing restaurants, cafes and bakeries nearby.
Just take the U-Bahn to the next station Bismarckstraße, which is a big shopping district! There is a shopping mall WILMA Shoppen, post offices, gym, bank branches, Asian and Turkish supermarkets, etc. It is extremely convenient.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared with flatmates. They are all very kind and friendly students!
There are stoves, fridges and an oven in the kitchen, so you can cook any type of delicious food.
The bathroom has separate toilet stalls for men and women, and two shower rooms. You can lock the entire bathroom whenever you are in it, so there is no need to worry about privacy!
There is an elevator in the building that you can use, so you don't have to climb the stairs every time!
Requirements: must be a student, documents such as enrollment certificate or student card must be presented. Female students are preferred.
Tenants who want to rent my entire available sublet period are prioritised. Since this is only a short term sublet, Anmeldung (registration with the Bürgeramt) is not possible.
Warm rent is 600 per month, covering everything, inclusive of Wifi, Rundfunkbeitrag, and daily cleaning of the common areas. No additional costs! Deposit is 600, which will be refunded in full after you move out, if nothing is damaged.
No parties, no smoking, and no pets allowed. After the end of the rental period, the room must be returned in its original state. Please tidy up the space before leaving, and please take care of the furnitures!
