Wunderschönes WG-Zimmer in 2er WG in Charlottenburg zu vermieten

Lage
Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig jeweils 7 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Charlottenburg (S, Re) und U-Bahnhof Adenauerplatz (U6). Zu Halensee (S Ring sind es 10 min zu Fuß. Erfahrungsgemäß kommt man überall in Berlin einigermaßen schnell hin. In nächster Nähe (10 min Fußweg) gibt es den Lietzensee, um den ich sehr gerne spaziere. Zum einkaufen gibt es Lidl und BioCompany in nächster Nähe (beides jeweils 4 min zu Fuß). Außerdem gibt es natürlich viele Bars, Restaurants und Spätis in der Nähe und der Ku‘damm mit allen möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit 10 min zu Fuß auch nicht weit.



Location

The flat is conveniently located about 7 minutes walk to the s-Bahn station Charlottenburg (S,Re) and underground station Adenauerplatz (U6). To Halensee (S, Ring) it is a 10 minutes walk. Experience has shown that you can get anywhere in Berlin fairly quickly. Right around the corner (10 min sidewalk) is the Lietzensee, where I love to walk around. Also there is Lidl and BioCompany (4 minutes walk) for grocery shopping and a lot of bars, restaurants, spätis close
by.

WG-Leben
Du wirst mit meiner wunderbaren Mitbewohnerin Leyla (26) zusammenwohnen. Sie ist extrem rücksichtsvoll, witzig und offen, liebt es in der Küche über alles mögliche zu reden, aber wird deine Privatsphäre genau so respektieren.

You will be living with my wonderful flatmate Leyla (26). She is extremely considerate, funny and open, loves to talk about anything in the kitchen, but will respect your privacy just the same.

Sonstiges
Ich bin selbst vegetarisch und Leyla kocht überwiegend auch vegetarisch. Das ist aber kein Muss für mich, ich würde mich nur darüber freuen, weil mir Umweltschutz und Tierwohl sehr wichtig ist. Außerdem ist uns natürlich ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang in der WG wichtig, was bedeutet, dass nach dem Kochen die Küche aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht wird und generell die Küche und das Bad immer ordentlich und sauber gehalten werden. Wir putzen immer abwechselnd 1x die Woche immer die Wohnung und möchten das gerne beibehalten.


Other matters

I am a vegetarian and Leyla also mostly cooks vegetarian food. It is not a must have for me but I’d just like it because environmental protection as well as animal welfare is a really important matter to me. Furthermore a thoughtful interaction is important for us as well. That includes leaving the kitchen tidy and clean after cooking/dining and general keeping the bathroom and kitchen clean at all times. We clean the flat once a week alternating and want to keep it that way.

Das Hochbett und der Kleiderschrank müssen gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden!!! Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit weitere Möbel zu übernehmen.

The loft bed and the closet must be taken over for a discount!!! There is also the possibility to take over further furniture.


Ansonsten freuen wir uns sehr auf deine Anfrage. Die Möglichkeit, sich die Wohnung und das Zimmer anzuschauen, besteht quasi dann sofort.
