The room is rather small but because of the loft bed it's very possible to be comfortable here. Also the loft bed adds a cozy little sleeping area so it's a bit like having two seperate rooms ;) there is also additional space in the hallway outside if you need to store lots of stuff. Also there's a basement if it is LOTS of stuff. We have two bathrooms, one with a bathtub one with a shower. There's also a huge balcony. And we recently got an airfryer.
The flat is located in Lietzowkiez, it's a cute and calm area with some restaurants and bars but not a lot, but Kantstraße is 10 minutes by foot, there's lots and lots of very nice restaurants. We're right next to the water, as the Spree and Landwehrkanal and a Verbindungskanal meet right here. Also Moabit is super close. The U7 is 8 minutes by foot and U2 around 15 and there are several busses running here. Closest S-Bahn is Tiergarten or Zoologischer Garten, both 20 minutes by foot.
I have three lovely roommates, Andi and Marian both work full-time and Lenia is doing her masters thesis right now. We're pretty close and like to hang out and chat in the kitchen but of course you don't need to do that if you'd rather stay to yourself.
