Hello, everyone,

I am offering an unlimited room in a shared apartment in a beautiful and furnished building.

Your future room has about 25 square meters, a sanded board floor, high ceilings and a beautiful view of an old chestnut. The apartment has a total of 2 rooms (74sqm) and is located on the first floor of an old building in the rear building (as a quiet location and little street noise). The new fitted kitchen is fully equipped (including refrigerator, dishwasher, portafilter machine for coffee :)) and invites you to linger at the large dining table. The large bathroom has a bathtub and a heater for the towels. We also have a storage room in the apartment and a cellar room.

With all additional costs, the room costs 500 euros / month.

Location
The apartment is located in charming Wedding with a direct connection to the U8 & U9 (Osloer Straße) as well as the M50 and M13 trams. The S-Bahn and Ringbahn (Gesundbrunnen) are two stops on the U8 or a few minutes' walk.

In the immediate vicinity there are various shops (DM, organic market, Rewe, Lidl, etc.) as well as a small bakery.

The Panke (3 min. Walk) and the Volkspark Humboldthain (two underground stations away) invite you to relax. Probably the best vegan restaurant in town (O-Slow) is in the front building. Restaurants, bars & pubs (Wilma, Oh Calcutta etc.) etc. are in the immediate vicinity and can all be reached on foot.

At the moment I have relocated because of work but living in a shared apartment is still important to me and I always look forward to interesting and funny conversations in the kitchen or to a beer together in our courtyard or on the roof in summer. In my free time, I like to pursue my passion for bouldering, or sit around the corner for a drink in Wilma or a coffee in Kater & Goldfisch, or go to the relevant clubs to dance. It would be great if you can keep the apartment clean and tidy even without a cleaning schedule, and I'm happy to have someone with a green thumb.
