My name is Leonie and i‘m subletting my old apartment in Berlin Friedrichsfelde since i moved out of berlin last year.
From first of July the smaller room of the two room flat will be available until the 30th of November.
Its 15qm big and very bright with the view to the quiet street.
In the big 20qm room currently lives a friend of mine. She will be moving out at the end of august, so there would be the possibility to change rooms then, since the big one also has the balcony to the big and very green backyard. Also there will be the possibility of a friend of urs moving in then, also until the 30th of november.
Some more facts about the sublet:
-485€ total for the 15qm room (only internet is missing)
-big kitchen with some kitchen items included
-bathroom with bathtub and window, very bright
-no registration possible
-earliest move in date: 1st of July, if wanted the rooms needs to be rented latest from the 15th of July on
It would be super nice for me to find someone who will be staying the total time of the sublet, since its always quite a challenge for me to come to berlin next to work and everything else.
We might just have a call or video call so i can get to know u a little bit in advance before showing u the flat.

The flat is only 5 minutes by food away from U-Friedrochsfelde and three minutes away from the next bus stop where i can reach 194 and a couple of other busses.
Theres lots of parks around and its quite cöose to rummelsburger bucht as well.
