Hi, I am subletting a big spacious 36m2 room with a private balcony in the center of Friedrichshain from 15th February to 31st March for 1.5 months.
Rent per month is 660€ (So for the 1 5 months in total it would be 990€).
I'm subletting it cheaper than the actual price due to short term notice.
The apartment is a cozy & spacious beautiful Alt-bau with high ceilings and large windows. Couples & pets are welcome!
Location:
- Its located in Mainzer Str. 24 in the center if Friedrichshain, just 2 minutes walk to the nearest U-bahn station - U Samariterstr.
- It connects you to Alexanderplatz in just 8 mins and Hauptbahnhof in 16 mins.
- And this apartment is also just a 5 mins walk to the famous bar / cafe street - Simon-dach str & Boxhagener Platz.
Furniture:
- The room is furnished with a large king size double bed and a large wardrobe.
- Working desk and chair with massage function.
- Only this room in the apartment has a private balcony.
Facilities:
- There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with both bathtub & a shower, an extra guest bathroom in the apartment.
- There's an extra 18m2 room that can be used for work purposes.
