Hello! I’m looking for a flatmate to apply for this nice flat at Yorckstraße from my friend’s referral. The whole flat is approximately 100 sq, with two bedrooms: room1- 18 sq + Balcony, room2 - 30 sq, and a big living room to hang out! The rent is approximately 900 warm per person. Furnished, kitchen included. Rent starts 15th of April, application before March.
About me: I’m 27 from China, working as an Art Director in Berlin. During work days I’m usually in the office. I’m not a huge party person and prefer to keep quality quiet time during work days, but I’m down to hang out with my flatmates and host friends from time to time.
The requirement: since we are applying from an agency, it requires both of our payslips as proof to rent the place; working full time, please. No pets. Chill and easygoing 😊 preferably, we both like to spend some effort to make our home beautiful as well.
